Tasha's Hunt

Last night, Tasha, Todd and I went up by Sac City to some public land to do some hunting. We had gotten out of school early because of the weather, but by the time we went up there, the snow had let up. It was a beautiful night in the woods. I went to one spot and Todd & Tasha went together to another spot. I had been sitting for less than 15 minutes when I heard the shot. Todd sent me this picture a few minutes later.
She was so happy, and Todd said she made a perfect shot on the deer. Todd and I then hunted for a while longer while Tasha went and waited for us in the truck. We both saw lots of deer, and I even had a nice buck in my scope, but a doe stepped in the way and I couldn't shoot.
After dark, Tasha came back to the woods and we had the "fun" task of getting the deer out of the woods. I should have taken a couple pictures of that, but it was dark and we were tired!
And Aunt Nene.....If you look closely at the pictures, you'll see that she is wearing makeup and under her earmuffs are earings! :)
