Thank you to Mom and Dad Stewart for the wonderful rhubarb that they sent home with us last week. Over the weekend I made a pie and then I made another one tonight. It is the best when used right away, and it was exceptionally good. And my crust was very flaky and tasting if I do say so myself.

I love your pie so much I am posting a second comment. It tasted so good made with Splenda this past weekend no one would ever know it was missing real sugar.
