Last night we did make it down to Todd's parents for Christmas Eve. It was just the 6 of us, but we enjoyed opening gifts and eating lots of food. It was nice to be together for some family time.

The girls got a Wii from us and many gifts from grandma & grandpa that they have enjoyed. Santa was also able to make it through the storm to get to our house. I think Todd likes the Wii as much as the girls. They took some time to relax today and so did Rascal.

We were without power for all of the night of the 23rd/24th with the power coming back on at noon on Christmas Eve. We did loose it again for a couple hours this afternoon.
Todd managed to do something he's been trying to do this whole year since he bought his truck. It took a 4 ft tall X 40 ft long snow drift for him to get his truck stuck. Then he had to walk down to his dad's and get the snow blower.

Todd and I decided to venture out this evening and go hunting for awhile. We walked for a little over a mile in thigh deep snow. Sometimes you could walk on top, but then you would fall in and that was about the time it would come up to your butt. We decide that we need snow shoes. :)
